Additional Terms

  • Work begins after a 50% upfront deposit of the agreed total cost
  • The deposit is non-refundable if the client terminates the project during production
  • The final visuals may be used for commercial and promotional purposes; extended usage may require an additional fee
  • Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
  • Client feedback is required within 3 working days per revision round
